Returns/Exchanges
- Order Changes: Changes to your order (including name spelling, size, color, or address updates) can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order will begin production and no further changes can be made.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, your order is locked for production and cannot be canceled.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects. Please double-check all design details, including text, logos, and sizes, before finalizing your order. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made, and the product is non-refundable.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Manufacturing defects may include:
- Faulty zippers, handles, or structural components.
- Damaged wheels or handles.
Please note: Variations in color or slight differences in print placement are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered defects.
How to Submit a Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Provide Evidence: Include a clear photo of the defect and your order confirmation number.
- Review Process: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement.
Important Notes
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.
- We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our defect criteria or are the result of misuse or wear and tear.
